Although most of our customers are commercial enterprises and companies, we also work for the state and local government. We handle a wide variety of ICT tasks for ministries, municipal authorities, and other public organizations.
Prague 5 Municipal Authority
The Municipal Office of Prague 5 is a local self-government authority responsible for the administration and organization of public life within the fifth district of the capital city of Prague.
We maintain real estate registration software for the Prague 5 Municipal Authority.
Prague 6 Municipal Authority
The Municipal Office of Prague 6 is a self-government authority responsible for carrying out state administration and local government within the sixth district of the capital city of Prague.
We developed UX/UI designs for the official website of the Prague 6 Municipal Authority.
Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic is the central government authority responsible for internal security, public order, civil protection, and the administration of the police, fire and rescue services, and foreign nationals’ agenda.
For the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, we participated in the launch of a data website project, created the first version of the information website datoveschranky.info, and also provided information line services.
Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic is the central government authority focused on social policy, employment, labor relations, and family policy.
We helped the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic with the development and management of their website project.
Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic is the central government authority focused on supporting regional development, spatial planning, and housing policy.
We provided IT training and a website for the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic for their “Quality of Life” project.
Czech Prison Service
The Prison Service of the Czech Republic is a security corps responsible for carrying out pre-trial detention and prison sentences, ensuring the safety of prisons, and protecting society from criminal offenders.
We provided support for the Czech Prison Service’s document management system, based on an open-source platform. After the transition to the new system, we participated in data transfer and electronic archiving, including cooperation with the state archives.
Popovičky Municipal Office
The Municipal Office of Popovičky is a local self-government authority that manages municipal administration and provides residents with services in the areas of registry, building permits, local fees, environmental matters, as well as the cultural and social life of the municipality.
We created a website with an interface and a cloud-based email service solution for the Popovičky Municipal Office, and we provide separate websites for the fire department. At the same time, we arranged IT equipment for the office and
managed the network.
Bruntál Municipal Authority, Kopřivnice Municipal Authority, Ústí nad Orlicí Municipal Authority
For the websites of the municipal authorities in Bruntál, Kopřivnice, and Ústí nad Orlicí, we designed, prepared, and implemented a catalog of social services. This catalog serves as an accessible overview of options for citizens in difficult social situations so that they can find the help they need.
The project was carried out under the umbrella of the Operational Program for Human Resources and Employment, financed by the European Social Fund of the Czech Republic.
